The H.K. Porter 27-inch ratcheting soft cable cutter is designed for cutting up to 2-inch thick copper and aluminum communications power cables. The improved heavy-duty shear cut jaws cut cable cleanly and smoothly, leaving minimal distortion. The jaw keeper prevents jaws from spreading while under heavy loads.
